Engineering – Procurement – Construction (EPC)
As a EPC contractor, Vinaconex E&C will carry out the detailed engineering design of the project, procure all the equipment and materials necessary, and then construct to deliver a functioning facility or asset to our clients.And through Front End Engineering Design phase (FEED) we have won many projects, executed and delivered each of our EPC project within an agreed time and budget, commonly known as a Lump Sum Turn Key Contract.
Along with increased competence and experience, Vinaconex E&C since the last 9 years directed the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractor, especially in the field of Industry, Energy, Building and Infrastructure.
Design & Build (D&B)
By this type of approach, we offer more economical solutions for the whole project, combined with greater cost certainty, improved information flow, and reduced build times for our customers. Beside saving time during construction period, by providing an integrated project team with our excellent solutions we add values to our customer’s projects by higher quality, lower costs. We are fully responsible for our contracts and control effectively the design and construction of the project to our customer’s requirements. With the ability to deliver designs at all sizes, Vinaconex E&C works with well-known Design Consultants on many complicated projects.
Design – Bid – Build (D-B-B)
This type of approach is our traditional way to win the construction contracts in most of our projects. With the experience and expertise in Vietnam construction market from the early days of Vinaconex E&C, we always aims at a win-win situation for all our customers and other stakeholders participatịng in the project by looking for value engineering options as part of our bid submission.
