VNCN E&C is a general construction company, offers a broad range of services in project management, procurement, construction and technology transfer to assist clients in all phases of development – from pre-construction to occupancy. We are now serving both public and private sector clients in construction investment projects of all sizes. Public sector projects include both new construction and improvement of streets, roads, highway, ports… flyover and bridges. Major private sectors include civil works, port, industrial facilities, hospital, … vary from planning, design, engineering, project management and construction responsibilities.
