After 15 years of establishment and development, VNCN Engineering Construction and Investment Joint Stock Corporation (VNCN E&C) has grown up in size, and at present has a new appearance and stature. VNCN E&C is well-known as a professional contractor in the field of civil works and industrial plants, a reliable partner for international contractors in the field of Investment; Construction of transport works and technical infrastructure; Construction of civil works, industrial works, high-rise buildings, factories; Consulting services for large-scale projects, etc. VNCN E&C’s capacity for management and construction has been proved by a number of large and complicated works including National Convention Center Project, Nghi Son Cement Plant Expansion Project, Dung Quat Refinery Plant Construction Project, Petrovietnam Trade Center Project, Hanoi Museum Construction Project, Package A8 under Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway Construction Project, Nhat Tan (Vietnam-Japan Friendship) Bridge Construction Project, Cao Lanh Bridge Construction Project, Packages A1, A3 and J1 (Binh Khanh Bridge) under Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway Construction Project, etc. Recently, VNCN E&C has been participating in the construction of Package XL-01 under My Thuan – Can Tho Expressway Construction Project, Package XL.03A and XL.03B under My Thuan 2 Bridge Construction Project, Package XL04 under Vinh Hao – Phan Thiet Expressway Construction Project and Package XL8 under Cam Lo – La Son Expressway Construction Project.

In the last 15 years, VNCN E&C has achieved considerable improvements in both quality and quantity to reach the international standards. On the way of our development, we must take into account numerous hardships encountered by VNCN E&C’s engineers who have been working hard day and night on the construction sites in the burning heat and dusty winds since the early days of the projects when the sites were still sprawling, in deep forests, on high mountains, in wide rivers, or in a vast area of reeds. It is impossible to measure the contribution of the engineers and staff to the growth of VNCN E&C during the last 15 years. Any staff, whether at any position including manager, technical staff, supervisor, quantity surveyor, secretary, interpreter, receptionist or supporting staff, does not flinch from difficulties, works day and night regardless of time, with high responsibility and passion to complete their tasks, contribute their efforts, intelligence and enthusiasm to the growth and development of VNCN E&C.
Beside the sustainable development, one of the highlights of VNCN E&C’s culture is the solidarity among members of the VNCN E&C family and the social responsibility. That is supporting the family of employees in need such as when they got serious diseases or accidents, etc. In particular, VNCN E&C often organizes charity activities at remote and mountainous areas, for example: Giving blankets to children in need in Moc Chau district, Son La province; Examining health, giving medicines and presents to children in need of Binh Phu commune, Chau Phu district, An Giang province; Building the administration house of Huong Ngai kindergarten in Thach That district, Hanoi.
