The project is located in the center of Hanoi Diplomatic Area, at the west of West Lake, in the area of ​​Xuan Tao Ward, Bac Tu Liem district, Hanoi City. This area is planned to meet the increasing need of office buildings, houses and other utilities for the Embassies the representative offices, international organization, non-governmental organizations and housing for foreigners working in Hanoi.

No3 highrise building project has a total investment of 1,000 billion, including 2 buildings of 25 floors and 2 basement, the area of construction is  ​​3,525 m2. Total floor area is 75,138 m2, of which commercial area and office are 10 572 m2 and the area of apartments is 48 425 m2.

Vinaconex E&C JSC is the main contractor constructing bored piles, the underground structure, body and finishing works.
