Chinh Nghia – Phu Cuong Road Construction Project was approved by People’s Council of Hung Yen province in 2022 with total investment of 675 billion VND. According to the master plan of Hung Yen province, the road when complete will create an axis connecting from East to West of the districts of An Thi and Kim Dong and Hung Yen city. Package 01 under Chinh Nghia – Phu Cuong Road Construction Project is a class-II plain road transport work. The Package has a total length of 7 km, the starting point is at the junction with NH39 at Km22+550 in Chinh Nghia commune, Kim Dong district; the ending point connects with the Tourism – cultural heritages – economic development connecting road along the Red river Project in Phu Cuong commune, Hung Yen city. The investment objective is to enhance the connection of districts and the city, make use of the land potential along the road, step by step accomplish the transport infrastructure in accordance with the master plan.
VNCN Engineering Construction and Investment Joint Stock Corporation is carrying out the Package 01 under Chinh Nghia – Phu Cuong Road Construction Project in Kim Dong district, Hung Yen province (from Km0+00 to Km5+731.26) with the winning bid price of > 392 billion VND in 450 days.
- * Road work: Class-II plain road. The design velocity is V=80km/h (at junctions, crossroads connecting with provincial roads, district roads and sections through populous areas, the design velocity is V=60km/h).
– Design axis load 10T. Required elasticity modulus E ≥ 160Mpa.
– Pavement structure: Asphalt concrete.
– Total length of the road: L = 5.731 km.
– Class of work: Transport work, class II.
– Comprehensive lighting system on the road and traffic signal system at some junctions on the road.
- * Bridge work:
- -> Construction of Ta Thuong bridge (Tien Quan bridge) over Cuu An river with following scale:
– Permanent structure of RC and pre-stressed RC.
– Design load: HL93 (according to standard TCVN 11823:2017).
– Span layout: 3 spans of 24m; Total length of the bridge including abutment ends is 82.2m.
– Total width: 24m;
– Navigational clearance under the bridge BxH= 20×3.5(m).
- -> Construction of Song Mai Culvert Bridge over Tan Hung river with following scale:
– Permanent structure of RC.
– Design load: HL93 (according to standard TCVN 11823:2017).
– Drainage aperture of culvert: n x B x H = 2 x 5m x 4m.
– Length of culvert body: Ensuring the road embankment on the culvert.
– Cross drainage: Permanent structure of RC.
– Traffic safety system: To be built in accordance with the National Technical Regulations on Road Signal QCVN41:2019.
VNCN E&C will focus manpower and equipment on completing the Project on schedule. When the Project is complete, it will help attract and develop industrial groups, high-tech groups, high-tech agricultural zones, promote the social economic development of Kim Dong district and surrounding areas in Hung Yen province, at the same time create incomes, change the labor and production structures, and increase incomes for people of Kim Dong district in particular and Hung Yen province in general.
