On October 9, 2025, VNCN Engineering Construction and Investment Joint Stock Corporation (VNCN E&C) organized the launching ceremony for the peak-emulation campaign “70 days and nights racing to complete the project by December 19, 2025”. This movement aims for decisive action, creation, achievement, and victory across two of the Company’s key construction sites, which are the construction of the entire route (including survey and design of shop-drawings) of Can Tho – Hau Giang expressway, and the construction of Package XL-02: Km91+800 – Km114+200 (including survey and design of shop-drawings), under Hau Giang – Ca Mau component project of the Eastern North-South Expressway Construction Project, phase 2021–2025
Launching the Emulation Ceremony for Package XL-02 under Hau Giang – Ca Mau Expressway Project
The launching ceremony for the 70-day and night emulation campaign for Package XL-02 under Hau Giang – Ca Mau Project focused on completing the main items serving the project inauguration. Attendees included representatives of the Employer, the Director of Project Management Unit My Thuan, Supervision Consultants, VNCN E&C’s Board of Management and representatives of participating subcontractors. During the event, VNCN E&C and the subcontractors committed to making efforts and being determined to overcome difficulties and challenges to achieve the stated goals of this emulation campaign.
To complete the project by the end of 2025, there are still many difficulties ahead that require even greater effort and determination to resolve bottlenecks and complete decisive milestones that determine the project’s completion, such as completion of unloading, gathering of aggregates and asphalt concrete materials, construction of stabilized aggregate base course and asphalt concrete pavement. Accordingly, launching the “70-day and night emulation movement to accelerate the construction progress and complete the project by December 19, 2025” is of great significance, providing motivation, speeding up progress and pushing the Project to the finish line to meet requirements.
Launching the Emulation Ceremony for the Can Tho – Hau Giang Expressway Project
VNCN E&C, along with the Can Tho – Hau Giang Project Management Board and the XL – 02 Hau Giang – Ca Mau Project Management Board, committed to maximizing the mobilization of manpower, material resources, and financial resources, and to take advantage of favorable weather conditions to increase shifts and construction teams during the 70 days and nights of the emulation campaign. The primary goal is to complete all package items. Furthermore, we committed to ensuring quality, occupational safety, and environmental sanitation at the Project.

This emulation movement is not only a commitment of responsibility but also reflects the determination of all staff and employees of VNCN E&C and the contractors involved in the project.
