On 01st December 2017, the Company Labour Union successfully held the Labour Union Congress for the term of 2017 – 2022 at the Company’s headquarters meeting room, with the honorably attending of Mr.Nguyen Ngoc Diep – the Standing Member of the Vietnam Construction Labour Union, the Standing Member of Party Committee of VINACONEX Corporation, Deputy General Director of VINACONEX Corp., Chairman of VINACONEX Corporation’s Labour Union. The Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung – Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Vinaconex E&C, as well as other Management Board and Directorate members also attended the meeting.
At the Congress, the delegates actively discussed and voted to approve the reports on Labour Union activities in the term of 2012-2017; the direction of Labour Union activities in the term 2017-2022 and elected the members for Executive Committee of Labour Union for the term of 2017-2022, selecting the company representative to attend the VINACONEX Corporation’s Labour Union Congress.
The congress appreciated not only the VINACONEX E&C’s Labour Union achievements in the term 2012-2017 but frankly pointed out the limitations in the process of operation also. The company labour union operated in accordance with the Company Charter, worked in conjunction with the company directory to ensure jobs and income for the employees, protected the legitimate rights and benefits of members and laborers. On the other sides, the Labour Union Committee always accompanies with the Company Board of Directors to supports the Union members in fulfilling assigned tasks.
At the congress, Labour Unions unanimously approved Proposal of Executive Labour Union Committee for the term of 2017-2022. The Congress elected the Executive Committee with 05 comrades for the term of 2017 – 2022.
The VINACONEX E&C Labour Union Congress has closed successfully and a new section of Executive Committee of Company Labour Union will be expected to undertake and complete all the congress resolutions, contributing to the outstanding achievements of the Company in the new term of 2017-2022.
