On 17–18 July 2026, more than 100 employees from the Northern Office of VNCN E&C gathered at Hyatt Place Ha Long for the 2026 Team Building & Gala Dinner. More than just a company outing, the event provided an opportunity for colleagues from different departments to connect, strengthen relationships, and create lasting memories as one united VNCN E&C family.
From the early morning of departure, excitement could already be seen on everyone’s faces. Warm greetings, cheerful conversations, and bright smiles marked the beginning of a journey filled with positive energy. Upon arriving in Ha Long, the well-organized arrangements allowed everyone to settle in comfortably and recharge before taking part in the program’s activities.
The highlight of the trip was the beach team-building program under the theme “One VNCN E&C Family.” Participants were divided into eight teams with powerful names: Tiger, Leopard, Fox, Jackal, Iron, Steel, Pebble, and Rock. Each team brought together employees from different departments, creating valuable opportunities for colleagues to get to know one another, collaborate, and build stronger connections beyond the workplace.
Before the games began, all participants came together to form the VNCN E&C logo on the beach, captured beautifully by drone footage. From above, each individual became a small but essential part of one unified image. It was more than just a memorable photo—it symbolized the unity, cooperation, and shared commitment that define the VNCN E&C spirit.
As the games got underway, the beach quickly filled with laughter, cheers, and enthusiastic encouragement. Each team took on a series of challenges that required teamwork, creativity, coordination, and determination. While competition added excitement, the true success of the afternoon was the wholehearted participation of everyone involved. From company leaders and managers to every employee, each person embraced the activities with enthusiasm, contributing to a vibrant atmosphere filled with energy, friendship, and team spirit.
The cameras captured countless unforgettable moments—joyful smiles, encouraging handshakes, perfect teamwork, and plenty of hilarious scenes that had everyone laughing together. Colleagues who had previously known each other only through meetings or emails found themselves working side by side, discovering new friendships and a deeper understanding of one another.
The evening Gala Dinner brought everyone together once again in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A highlight video of the day’s activities allowed participants to relive the laughter and memorable moments they had shared. The evening also celebrated the outstanding teams from the Team Building games and honored the winners of the Company’s Running Challenge, further promoting a healthy, active, and positive corporate culture within VNCN E&C.
Although the journey lasted only two days, it offered far more than a short getaway. It created new friendships, unforgettable experiences, and memories that will continue to be shared long after the event has ended. More importantly, the program strengthened relationships across departments and reinforced the spirit of teamwork—one of the core values that continues to drive VNCN E&C forward.
As Team Building 2026 comes to a close, what remains is not only a collection of photographs or trophies, but also a shared sense of pride in being part of the VNCN E&C family. With the spirit of “Work with dedication – Play with passion – Grow together,” every participant returns to work carrying renewed energy, stronger connections, and an even greater commitment to contributing to the sustainable development of VNCN E&C.
