
On the morning of June 19, 2026, VNCN Engineering Construction and Investment Joint Stock Corporation (VNCN E&C) participated in the “Job Introduction – Business Connection” Program organized by the University of Transport and Communications – Campus in Ho Chi Minh City for 62th cohort students majoring in Road and Bridge Construction, Road Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Economics, and Construction Management.
During the event, VNCN E&C’s representatives had the opportunity to meet and engage directly with graduating students, at the same time, share practical information about demands for human resources, working environment, career development opportunities in transport infrastructure construction sector.
At the event, students were introduced to the “VNCN E&C 2026 Young Engineer Training Program” oriented to the development of next human resources for the Corporation’s major on-going and coming projects all over the country. The Program attracted great interest of students for opportunities to work on site at large-scale projects, to be guided by intensive experience engineers, and for clear career development path.
Beside information sharing, the discussion and Q&A session took place lively with many questions concerning recruitment requirements, skills needed for fresh graduates, career development opportunities, and practical experiences from participating in transport construction projects. The open exchanges between the Corporation and students helped bridge the gap between the academic knowledge and the practical demands of the labor market.
VNCN E&C has currently been involved in a number of major transportation infrastructure projects including My An – Cao Lanh Expressway, Can Tho – Hau Giang Expressway, Phuoc An Bridge, Ngoc Hoi Bridge, and Van Phuc Bridge, etc. along with several other key projects across Vietnam. This is the ground for the Corporation to continue promoting the recruitment, the training, and the development of the next generation of engineering professionals.
With people at the heart of its sustainable development strategy, VNCN E&C places great emphasis on collaboration with training facilities, making favorable conditions for students to access practical working environment, and open up their career opportunities during academic studies. The event concluded in an open and positive atmosphere, leaving good impressions on the participating students, faculty members, and the Corporation’s representatives. This is also an important reason for VNCN E&C to continue strengthening its partnerships with training institutions in the development of a highly qualified workforce for the construction and the transport infrastructure sectors in the future.
