The high-tech fruit and juice processing plant has a planned area of 14.03 hectares, of which 4.9 hectares has been handed over for processing fruits and juices. The project has a total investment of VND 1,200 billion, divided into 2 phases. The investment in Phase 1 is VND 300 billion for construction of a plant for processing such fruit juices as longan juice, orange juice concentrate, passion fruit juice concentrate, and products from mango and docynia indica. The investment in Phase 2 is VND 900 billion for construction a plant for processing such products as bottled orange juice, longan juice, and passion fruit juice.
Phase 1 covers a total area of 4.92 hectares, constructs a factory with processing chain having capacity of 05 tons of fruits/hour for producing sterilized juices. VNCN E&C CORP is the unit which implements the design, construction, fabrication, purchasing and installation of auxiliary equipment.
High-tech fruit and juiceprocessing plant project – Phase 1
This is the first factory in Viet Nam that will process juice and juice concentrate from orange and longan, using the most advanced and fully automatic extraction technology developed by RiekermannGMBH of Germany.

VNCN E&C CORP constructed the main factory; administrative offices, cafeteria; guard house; auxiliary building, waste water treatment plant, water tank and fire protection tank, garage, power supply, water supply & drainage systems. VNCN E&C CORP and the subcontractors started the work in September 2019. Since then, all the engineers and workers have been working day and night so that the Son La High-Tech Fruit and Juice Processing Plant can come into operation at the soonest.
When the factory is completed and put into operation, it will create jobs for nearly 200 direct labors at the factory and thousands of indirect labors in Son La province. Son La high-tech fruit and juice processing plant is considered as a highlight in the way of building a clean, organic food ecosystem which processes entirely natural products.
