In April 17th, 2018, Vinaconex Engineering Construction & Investment., JSC (Vinaconex E&C) successfully held their 2018 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at 18th floor – Building 34 Lang Ha, Dong Da, Hanoi.
Mr. Nguyen Huy Tuong – Chairman of Board of Directors and Mr. Nguyen Tri Dung – Director chaired the meeting.
At the meeting, shareholders was brought up to scratch on significant statements and reports including :2017 business performance report, 2017 Board of Control’s report; 2017 profit & dividend distribution plan; Change of Company name proposal; etc.,.
The practical business performance of Vinaconex E&C in 2017 showed that the Executive Board has strictly followed Board of shareholders’ guidelines which directly contributed to company outstanding results such as: earning before tax reached 104% of the plan, Year-2016 dividend were paid to Shareholders in accordance with Resolution of 2017 Annual General Assembly of Shareholders; all liabilities to State budget were accomplished. Ending such a challenging year, Vinaconex E&C has exceeds all of their targets. This achievement came from the combination and unity of whole Vinaconex E&C’s staff and leaders to overcome all challenges to accomplish all missions from 2017 General Assembly of Shareholders.
At the end of the meeting, shareholders have appraised the following significant contents:
- 2017 business performance report
- 2018 business performance plan
- Board of directors’ report on administration in 2017
- 2017 audited financial statement;
- Board of Control‘s operation performance report;
- 2017 profit distribution, funds setting and entrust Board of Directors to decide time for 2017 dividend distribution.
- the selected independent audit company for 2018 financial statement;
- Plan to raise the charter capital
- Plan to change company name in accordance with the Resolution contents at 2018 annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
